Replacing Fuel Rail Pulse Damper / Pressure Regulator - O-Ring Part # Needed

Hey guys I'm balls-deep into changing my fuel injectors from stock+2 lbs, back to stock. The CCRM apparently can't cope with +2 lbs to the fuel, and I'm running through a tank of gas way too fast...

Anyways, I ordered a new pulse damper and pressure regulator, and have just broke the old ones off using a combination of 25mm, 22mm, and 7/8" wrenches. So when I pull them off, I see a very specific-looking set of copper and nitrile o-rings - which weren't included with the new parts...

They look gently-battered, and I'd rather not reuse them, especially since a couple of them appear to be copper-rubber o-rings.

Here's a pic. Does anyone have part numbers for them?

The only place I have seen them is in a complete master gasket kit for either the 3.0 or 3.2 engine. I reused my old parts when I replaced my fuel pressure regulator and damper. Maybe someone else has found a source for them.

I'm currently attempting to track them down individually. Here are the sizes.

I also found them in the 3.2 Upper gasket kit (not the full gasket set). They were in one of the pre-packs. These gasket kits occasionally show up on ebay, they are old stock Ford kits.

So on the pressure regulator side, the bottom two are actually one of those copper/rubber copper/nitrile bonded gaskets. They just broke apart when I yanked the regulator off the fuel rail.

Good news, bad news - I found a replacement for the copper/nitrile gasket, but not the others. I cleaned up the 22, 18 and 16 mm O.D. coppers with 800/1500/5000 grit paper and reused them.
The bonded gasket I got from a friend who is a mechanic - it came in a kit intended for a cummins diesel engine, and he had no clue what the part number was. I'll see if he can find the number for the kit. And now we have a place to start if any of us need to get our hands on one.



Bad news is that my motivation to break this down to part numbers just took a shit, as I just got the engine back together. I'll still look, just not as hard as I would if still needing them to finish things up...

Those cleaned up nice. That's good you found a replacement for the nitrile one, that would have been the difficult one to find. I previously saw an ATX gasket kit on the Shosource site awhile back (not there now), but they might still have it in stock. But you would probably have to buy the whole kit just to get these parts. Awhile back, there were a bunch of MTX full sets on ebay, so they are out there.

I replaced my pulse damper with one from advance auto and it came with the copper washer.

I had to go to a boat mechanic supply (a lot bigger and more industrial in a fishing port city than car places), and they had drawers of copper gaskets to find a match.
