Ok well I work in technology and managed servers for fortune 50 company for 5 years.... Hard drives back then had mtbf - or mean time before failure. So does every mechanical item ever sold - the way the manuf plans for part replacements and can estimate stock and qty. Injectors should be replaced at the same time - once you have access just do it
Ideally yeah, I suppose if you're lucky to have one injector go then you can get away with one but I always thought that if you're gonna replace one you might aswell replace them all while you're in there.

What're the chances of more then one going bad and can they fail in other ways? When I replaced the one injector I put them in the rails before reinstalling and they didn't leak and seemed to hold low pressure.
You are back to getting fuel pressure readings. Low pressure = hard or no start. Low pressure = P00C6 code.

At 202,000 miles anything is possible.

To put it this way I hung one and only replaced one. Next week I replaced the other 5 because I hung another.

I second this. I had one causing a check engine light and hard start. I sent them all to be cleaned and flow tested. 2 failed testing. I replaced all 6 and the car was great again.

Thankfully I have a shop close by that you can send injectors too for this exact reason so I'm gonna try that first to see how they do when fully tested.
