Just checking to see if anyone is having issues with usb not showing the names and songs. Mine has been doing this for about 3 days now.

Nope, mine works fine. Try a different flash drive.

If using iTunes, do a search on the internet for a program called Sync My iTunes. Might be from Apple. Mine wasn't showing the names properly and it fixed it.

I can probably help with a little more info..... what type of device do you have hooked up to the USB? A thumb drive, ipod, iphone or some other type of mp3 player??
If it's an apple device (iphone or ipod) just follow RedCandySho's directions and download the "Sync My Tunes" software for free at the following website: secure.syncmyride.com/Own/Modules/SupportContent/SupportHome.aspx

The problem I have sometimes my usb port does not read anything at all. It is like I am playing music and I turn off the car to fill up with gas and then I start it up. The usb is not connected. I look at my player and it shows it charging but not connected like it the car was the computer. I have to disconnect the power from the battery for at least 5 seconds and then the mp3 player will be able to play music again.

Do you have the navigation? Because there was a while where the song names didn't show for me neither. On the media USB screen there is a 'TEXT' button. That cycles through the different names that the file has been given.

I hope my solution is remotely remotely to your problem haha.
