First off, I'm replacing turbos on my 2012 MKS Ecoboost. I have the everything related to the rear turbo out, except for the oil return line, it's still in the block. I'm unsure how to remove it. Service manual looks like you just yank it out (just held in my o-rings), is that correct? I'm replacing it since it is leaking a bit, but I don't want to damage the block obviously.

On an unrelated note, I'd like to replace the factory touch screen. It's damaged from the sun, and frankly outdated. I was looking at something like this One from Amazon, are these any good? Will any double DIN touch display work?

Out there somewhere
The drain line just pushes into the block. There may be some corrosion build up making it hard to remove. Just pull or pry it out. Clean up the bore of the hole in the block before installing the drain line.

I would steer clear of that setup on Amazon. Personally, I went to the Naviupgrade.com website and read their how-to then sourced most of the parts from car-part.com. I was all in at about $300.
