Turbo Coolant Line Bolt Torque Spec Needed

Hey Everyone,

Im buttoning up the engine swap and am unable to find the torque spec for the bolts holding
the coolant lines on my 2010 SHO Turbo. My local dealer is useless... said call helm.. Guess ill call Tasca next time I need parts too.

If you respond, please cite your source :)

I would tell you more, but then i'd have to ... :nut:

Using 2 new sealing washers, install the 2 RH turbocharger coolant tube banjo bolts.
  • Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

Excellent! Sure would love to have that Factory Service Manual you got that from!
I have the one for the 2010+F150 if you wanna trade lol :)

You can buy a full service manual DVD (workshop manual, wire diagram and powertrain emission diagnostics) for your specific modle year car. I know it's in the owners manual, I just cant pull it up from my phone.

Does anyone know if someone has posted the intake manifold torque and sequence? I have it for other EcoBoost with composite intake but not for s h o with Aluminum Intake.
