Im planning on putting a turbo on my sho only going to run 3psi just for now until I get it tuned.But what im wondering is if your running the turbo near the trans like toolman and other members did you move any wires,hoses etc to route the down pipe behind the rear head and down. Im a little scared about melting stuff or burning things.

Header wrap will be your friend.. plus wrapping wires will help a bunch..

I wouldn't run any boost unless you have it tuned properly. That's just asking for trouble!
Is there anyone in Wisconsin that could do a tune on my sho? Im not looking to make bigger numbers just want it safe to run on 3psi. I have the stock maf obviously, but a year or so ago i had a 93 mark 8 that i kept the maf off of i bought it new and then month later the car got rearended . But i dont think the sho would even run with that maf right?
