So continues my never ending saga of bugs with my SHO. Previously my voltage to the TPS could be adjusted no higher than .868V at idle. I bought a new one and adjusted it to .974V at idle. At WOT it is 4.68V. However at ~3.68V there is a dead spot. Right around that area the voltmeter reads 0V then goes back to increasing up to 4.68V. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Sounds like you have a faulty TPS. There should be no discontinuities in the range of travel of the sensor. You described at least one.

Sounds like your new TPS is no good. Voltage reading should start at just less than 1 volt and increase to around 4.5 volts at WOT with no sags or dropouts.
