timing chain/tensioner

I am having some noise coming from timing chain on my 93 mtx at idle. Its just mild chain clatter sound and it goes away with engine rpm. How could I go about fixing this, if im not mistaken they dont manufacturer tensioners or chains anymore?

Take them apart and clean them. If the plastic is in really bad shape find used.
