2013 MKS with 106k miles threw a P0016 code and after all the recommended diagnostic work confirmed timing chain “stretch”. So am reassembling the engine and notice the 3 seals between the VCT solenoid housing and the cam phaser seem worn and loose. They look like small plastic piston compression rings. Anyone know the part number for just the seals? Or do I have to buy the whole housing? No way I’m putting this back together with a dollar of questionable parts. Cannot find any part numbers in alldata or web search.

Thank you - I did find that earlier and it has great information but not this seal p/n. Good news is that the dealer found it 7T4Z-6C262-AA. These seals would allow oil to leak and give incorrect VCT/VVT response to a VCT solenoid command. I replaced all bore seals on both VCT solenoid housings (6 total).

Should cross post this into the other thread and start compiling oem part numbers for the day when these and many parts start getting hard to find.

for those wishing to change their early gen 4 SHO timing setup to later gen 4/5 setup, the Ford Flex Forum has a thread of interest, where they posted this parts list

i usually head over to fordpartsgiant.com when i have a detail question like this. if i can't find the part, i give them a call.
