Yes,please get a good look at the pulley,and let us know exactly what you see.The stock pulley is a solid unit that butts up against a "wall".Correct,it can NOT move inward,it`s not possible.An underdrive crank pulley,which has the rubber,could seperate(which is known it happen),allowing the outer ring to move as you`re describing.
You mean, that it's 2 pieces right??? cuz yea...thats wut my dad said, is taht it looks like the 2 pieces sepersated!?!? is this possible??

On a stock pulley,no,it`s not possible.On an underdrive pulley,exactly what you are saying is who the crank pulley usually fails.If this is the case,you`ll need to replace it with a stock pulley,and new belts.I`m not 100% sure if ASP will sell just one pulley seperately.
