Hey Everyone,

I am in the process of buying a 95 sho with the 3.2, and wondering if I should go through with it. The car currently doesn't have any spark so it is assumed the crankshaft position sensor is bad. Is it still worth getting and what are other things to look out for? Thanks for any positive or helpful input.

what are you thinking about paying for the car? how about mileage? also check for rust underneath the car.

Get some pics... it might be missing something under the hood.. like a dis on the side of the intake.. or a ccrm (big box with 60 wires going into it) that would keep it from starting.

Awesome name too... that made me laugh! :)

Welcome!

$350?

It cranks?

The body is suitable?

Yes...it's worth it. Unless it needs a trans and there's no way to tell if it does since it also needs a crank sensor.

Sweet car for $350.

Speaking from experience dealing with SHO and non-SHO projects I've picked up, you might want to drain the gas tank if it's been sitting for more than a couple of months. Not many things worse than pulling your hair out and bleeding money trying to get a car running right, only to realize it's just bad gas.
