are you using a turbo correctly sized for your power level, or are you running something capable of much more? big turbos can suck, and many people buy a turbo a couple sizes bigger than what they really need for "someday" and just end up having an inefficient turbo for their application. every noob knows that big turbo=lag but really you could run a slightly smaller turbo, and turn up the boost a tad. or run a dual ball bearing turbo if you dont' already have one. this isnt a cheaper route than building a motor over again but it's gotta be more painless.

you are right on one count. The turbo I bought for my SHO (taurus chassie) is a bit on the large size. I should have used a GT35R instead of my PT67, BUT I alway had plans that would max out a GT35R in a RWD setup so that is the seccondary reason I went with the PT67. The primary reason was that the GT35R was on a 6 week backorder at the time. My RWD project will be comming close to maxing out my current turbo and I will likely buy a GT35R to fill the void in my turbo pipes on my taurus. If I don't do that I will be spraying enough NO2 to get me into the low 12's.

"vehical 2"
+all turbo parts
+all nitrous parts
+fucillo exhaust
+cams and pistons
+ some stuff i have planned for the 240, that would work here too (dont ask)
