This is called the cable mod on GTPs. they drill a couple of holes in the body, and the strut body. Jack up the car and run a 1/4" cable thru the holes and clamp it down. Weight can't transfer up. I think coilovers with a street-able spring, but rasied ALL the way up would give you a similiar effect. And the stiffer the spring, the better.
Well, not really. What you want to eliminate is ANY movement as soon as the tires are shocked, to prevent the start of weight transfer. You want them planted immediately.
That was the typre of cable I had considered. Eliminate all upward movement, but allow a bit of suspension compression for stopping at the big end.
