We got it running last night. :woohoo:
But it has some bad gas in it from when it blew up.. So i got to run that shit out.. And Logan am calling u tonight to get those rims! :thankyou:

Yeah it could be the crank position SENSOR, did Dave look at it after it died or did you just call him or whatever

it has to be gapped (the sensor must be a certain distance from the shaft and the magnetic pickup) to a certain spec, but that spec escapes me right now

its not that hard of a procedure... the crank pulley might be the most difficult part, which never seemed that difficult to me...

isnt it gapped to like 50-60 thousandths? or something like that I did mine when i blew the timing belt and did the side 60k just before school, not that bad to do but it would have been much easier when the motor was out this shows you everything to do with pictures http://www.shophoenixproject.com/lower60k/lower60k.htm That has extra steps because thats for the full front 60k but just do everything for the CPS Dave knows what to do

Heres whats up..
Car starts fine then anywheres between 3-15 sec it starts to back fire and make tons of noise. it also smells like ********* gas. Would the 02's do that?
