If the damage of the car is more than 70% of the value of the car, then the insurance company will total it. The car is worth about $10,000, it could possibly get totaled. I'll find out next week, it goes to the body shop on Monday.

If it doesnt drive unsafe and its mostly cosmetic, id buy it back for pennies and run it into the ground just the way it is. im sure the rear door doesnt open anymore and you probably wouldnt want to tow anything but im sure you guys probably just use it as a commuter type vehicle at this point so it would be cheap transportation!!! Just my thoughts

Dan I know of a really good Collision guy, go get estimates from other places and and I'll bet you Jerry can fix it for half that and just put the rest in your pocket like I'm doing. I'm walking away with 460 bucks and thats after the truck is fixed and an extra truck payment made! But just don't show them Jerry's estimate if you know what I mean..

I finally got paid this morning and my truck is already at the shop being fixed. Maybe a new catless Y-Pipe for the SHO soon. But I'm getting my Air Conditioning fixed in my truck and probably should replace the U-Joint and buy a set of Rod Bearings for the SHO and getting the new head lights for the truck as well..

just got done putting rear struts,springs,stabilizer links, and 4 new tires went with 225/55/16 for the stock rims instead of the 215/60 NO MORE SAS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone have plans for next weekend Saturday the 21st? I'll have the day to do absolutely whatever I want so thought maybe we could meet up and go to St. Cloud and harrass this dingle berry I know that sold his SHO and maybe take some pictures...

there is a car show in Delano this staurday 14th from 8am til 3pm maybe??? its alot of classics but some newer cars as well. and its onle 3 blocks from my house!!!

then maybe head to porky's later in the evening?

The pit bike should get pretty good mpgs though. Lol I work too. Also I'm suriously thinking of parting ways with my car. Not the volvo.
