Silvia survived the purge- summer car
So after putting in Bobs Dynomax system, or at least cobbling it on til I get it over to the pro's to line it up and tighten it all up right...I checked out the windows. Drivers yes, nothing else, and then I got the passenger side to go down at the pass door but not up !!! Booo...it's supposed to rain. So I go on the trusty forum and start reading posts and so I go out and totally disassemble the driver's door window control assembly. I carefully cleaned all the contacts both upside and down side with some very small pieces of emery 1000 and I would do a little twisting and rubbling....Well...put it back together and WooHoo, the pass window goes up and down now. The rears and still dysfunctional, although I hear the driver's rear side kicking the motor, just not working yet, the other one ..no sound, but I will be going after those contacts in similar fashion..
