I got my Fidanza Today, i might have to get out of the group buy for the spec, and spend the extra $30 and buy it from a distributor, so i have it in time. Hope all is in by the meet......if not, im NOT taking my oldsmobile down there, so i will just have to make it to the next one..... :cry:

And do you want even more sad news....... I probably wont be able to go. I landed a decent summer job while off school, Monday-Friday 2nd shift, and being a temporary employee, i cant take a week off, sooo.....We shall see..

Heres a trick. Before you ever except a job tell them you need certain dates off. That way you dont feel crappy asking just after you get hired. Thats what I did.

haha oh yeah thats the best part about getting hired is when they ask you for any dates that you need off lol.

Yeah, during the hiring stuff, i had the little piece of paper in my pocket with the dates i needed, and i was about to give her the dates until she said..... "Being a temp employee, we expect you to work all days, unless a doctors appt. or something serious comes up."

That shot down my plans then....but i couldnt pass the job up either, so pretty much, they got me by the balls for the next 3 months....

Shawn, Sometimes you just have to do what needs to be done. Unfortunatly its not attending SHO Convention. There will always be another one.
