how many miles on the car?

They did the TSB on my brakes once, but they are squeeling horribly again. at 15k, I am thinking I am out of luck.

I think it was 21,500 when they did the brakes. They never squealed, more like grinding under hard braking. I picked it up used and I suspect the Ford employee who had the car did nothing but oil changes (I hope). Now it seems like everything is good. I'll decide before the 3/36 runs out if I am going with an extended warranty. Never bought one before, but I am a little uncertain with this car.

Got the new tail lights installed... but the chrome bar crossing the trunk is overlapping the inside tail lights. In order to remove these lights, they need to pull kinda hard to slide them out from under that chrome bar... there is a portion glued with a double-sided foam. When sliding back the new lights, that foam wouldn't stick anymore and the ends of the bar are now distant from the lights by a 1/4 inch... The guy tried to insert a double-sided tape under, but it would only stick to the foam and make it stretch rather than bring the bar closer to the light. All to say that they order a new chrome bar and will have it by the end of next week... I will wait before tinting the tail lights that the chrome bar is fixed. Anyone else with that issue?

Thought I noticed the the bar wasn't touching the taillights any more, will check again today to see if there is a problem. Might be able to correct it, but removing the bar and putting new double sided tape on it.

Which would be quite a job, because that implies that you need to remove it without bending it (not to cause chrome peeling off on the bar). Remove the sticky foam, clean it, put the double-sided tape cut properly and fix it back applying a pression during a few minutes... Good luck. I preferred to have it replaced especially that they offered it.

Steve, I take it the entire strip is on with double sided tape? If it is, I would think you could remove it using fishing line. (That's how I removed the rear letters and emblem). I don't think it would be that difficult but probably time consuming. Again, I have not looked at mine to see if it needs to be redone. And, I would have accepted the offer to have it replaced, so I can't blame you for taking advantage of that offer.

It looked like all the strip was with the double sided foam (not tape). Fishing line would certainly work, but would be time consuming indeed... Maybe it's not too late for you to ask them if it needs to be redone, since it would be because of their install that it is not sticking anymore.
