Sunroof issues

My 91 SHO needs the sunroof seal replaced, and the shade is also getting replaced. How do I get the glass out? On a thunderbird the track just unscrews and the glass slides out but on my SHO there are only 3 screws on each side and once removed the track still won't budge.

The sunroof seal will only help with wind noise, especially if the seal ends are on the leading edge.
If you have water or leaking problems, the drains need to be unplugged.
