But some people were so brazen that they not only copied the design but used the picture that Vadim took on thier website. People steal the designs of others save a couple $$$ and when the vendors are gone complain about the lack of aftermarket support.SeanMc said:Vadim got upset at everyone copying his designs. But hey, that's capitalism.
SHO Dude said:Oh yeah, and we've got 46 sets on the shelf. They sell for $129 and shipping ususually $15 or so.
TYSHO said:FWIW, that's most likely the reason you have 46 sets on the shelf and most wanting long style SFC's. Although you have the ends capped and coating on the steel, buyers are more interested in lower prices. Your quality might be 100x better, but a lot of this SHO market is turning to the younger crowd as the older folks have already purchased these parts. And when someone young is buying, the selling point is the cost of the product.
SHO Dude said:There's no difference in handling between the longies and the shorties. they both do the same thing and that's to tie the front of the car to the back of the car. The only real advantage is that they give you a place to put a jack. But in cars that are lowered, it makes it tougher to get the jack under there in the first place.
