Strange starting Issues and codes. Need help ASAP!!

Wassup all. I'm having a strange starting issue with my 91 Plus. Lately when I drive my car for more than 30 mins at a time and shut it off it'll not restart for like 6-8 hrs. It will just turn over and over, and over?? When it's running it'll be running fine and then get a strange hiccup going down the road like everything kinda shuts off but it comes right back on?? No CE light has illuminated during this whole time to warn of any codes. I changed the camshaft sensor, and the crankshaft sensor is known to be good. I did run the codes and got back a (524 Problem in low speed fuel pump circuit - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits. I know that the fuel pump is good because I can hear it priming when I turn the Ignition to the on position and I also checked the fuel pressure at the schraeder valve on the fuel lines and it shot up like a geyser. Please gimme some input guys.

That is a classic scenario of a leaking water pump overheating the CPS..... I would open it up and you will probably find that to be the case. IIRC, that code shows up when the motor stalls....
