strange electrical problems

car has power 1 min . and very little the next

i just did the clutch .

and everything wasworkin fine . I went to start it aand I had power but it wouldn't turn over . The solinoid wire , that SHOULD BE soutered on , but wasen't . came loose

I pushed it back on and still . Wouldn't turn the starter ( very little power )
I got a boost and drove to the SHOp . I hooked up the charger and toook a reading of 13V .

Still got little to no power . but will boost no problem

I'm going to get another batt. after work tommorow. Got any ideas on what else to check ?
