Ive got a strange electrical problem on the '93 super low output wagon. We are taking it to FL tommorow so i need some urgent help.

We've been having intermittent problems with the blinkers, they seem to work for a few seconds and then just "die". The rythm is off (not constant) and they dont seem right even when they are working for those few seconds. The fuse checked out good, even with the fuse out the blinkers still worked (for a few seconds). I then replaced the blinker/hazard mechanism (hazards did pretty much the same thing as blinkers), and they seemed to work better for a little while, but now its back to intermittantly working. Is there a relay for the blinkers? If so where???

The other problem(s) may or may not be related. Sometimes, the cruise control and horn my not work. Circuit breaker #14 is always hot when they are not working. The entire problem is usually solved by shifting the fuse panel around. The breaker gets cool and CC and horn start working. Come to think of it, whenever I really mess with the fuse panel they either start working or stop working, which leads me to believe that it could be a short where the fuse panel pulls down (the fuse is fine). All the wires look good behind there, I donno.

The final problem, sometimes when driving the Climate control (digital) will simply turn off, and come back to life a second later (reads 888 for a sec). The car is not throwing any codes and its making me mad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I donno if its related, but the A/C is not working either. Clutch is not cylcing.
