stock 5.0 h.0 maf?

ok quick question my buddy gave me a maf off a 93 5.0 h.o, will it work on my 93 mtx and if it will, will it make any dif. also would a tweecer be needed

Maybe, no, and yes, if you can use it.

You're better off leaving it the **** alone - the "if it ain't broke, fix it until it is" doesn't apply here.

Same unit I believe if you compare the I.D. stamping on the electronics. Without the parts catalogue in front of me, I'm pretty sure they both used the F1ZF 12B579 AA 55 mm unit.
