Starting issues

The 93 atx just developed this problem since work done. I had my mechanic replace the cats and flex pipe due to rot. Cats were replaced with an original used set with 110k on them. Hard starting now after about 1 week. It will chug like a bad battery then start. Stop it and it may start one more time but will not start a third time. As if the battery drained. Not even a click. Wait 15-30 min and it starts again still with a chug.
-charging system checked ok
-???starter replaced for a second time in less than 2 year under warranty
-only got koeo 111, memory codes 124 tps higher than expected 212 IDM to PCM SPOUT signal loss ckt grounded, 214 Cylinder ID circuit malfunction and my clogged egr flow code of 332
Seems to run great when started.
What next? Maybe anoter bad starter? Ignition switch?
Don't know if it means anything but the overdrive switch does not work.

Also bat took 12oz water but charge test said bat ok

update - replaced CID. Seems golden again. So bad CID can mimic battery or starter problem.

update - problem returned the next day. Help anybody?

update - the wife reported the no start the next day. that evening I had no problem. Started strong 10 times over 3 hours. Drove it and waited until up to temp. Still no problem. Cleaned the bat cables just to be sure. We will see Weds.

Ok no one got this one. Another bad starter. 3 starters in 3 years. What is burning out my starters? I was told added resistance in the wiring. Where do I start so I don't have to change it next year. Although it may be easier to change it out every year, lifetime warranty, than to find the cause.
