Problem: If the car is sitting at idle and any of the AC / heater controls are turned on, the car will die. If any of the heater / AC controls are turned on while driving, power drops significantly.

Any suggestions would be great,

Jason

Scott, will the IAB/ISC and the idle programming cause the idle to jump 5-600RPMs and then coast right down to zero when you put the clutch in? It doesn't even hesitate around idle, just goes to 0. I am thinking that it is something else, but I am cleaning the IAB on Saturday. Thanks.

Push the clutch in? You mean while slowing down? This sounds like the IAB valve is not opening at all and will most likely need to be replaced. Try cleaning first and determine if the shaft is stuck.
