Stall issue?

New SHO owner, just bought a 2011 a week ago. Have had a random problem the past few days with the car. Usually with in the first 15 minutes of driving I will lose all throttle response. The car stays running in a low rough idle. Shut the car off, wait 15 seconds and restart the car and will not have any issues until I shut it off and let it sit for an extended period of time.(over 2 hours)

If no codes then start with getting the battery checked or make sure the gas aint 9 years old

Battery is good, and it's the second tank of premium fuel I've ran through it
Also I get the little white wrench that appears

Run codes. Check the map sensor at the noise maker pipe make sure its plugged in. Mine did same thing when i forgot to plug it in
