Spring Rubber?

The rubber spacers at the bottom of my front springs are completely worn out! This creates a horrible creaking noise when you turn the wheel.

Auto Zone and Parts America tell me to go to the dealer and the dealer says that they dont carry that stuff anymore! Where can I get this thing, it seems as though it should be fairly common?
