I havn't ordered from Joe Scott in a few years. I E-mail for chip in Sept? He E mails me to say he'll call for $ info etc. No one calls and I wait. Three weeks I E mail, he said he shipped! to old address of 3 years earlier. Why didn't he call? I E mail again to tell him and want to order a BUNCH of stuff. He calls my work Once-I'm not there-I E mail him several times with no satisfaction -he E mails me finally saying he'll call-he never does and has no problem by just ignoring me. What is HIS problem? I gave him my work and home numbers but silence. Order from neither of these guys!!!!!!!!!!

Joe's a great guy. I know he's had a LOT of email problems, but I've never had an issue with him, so long as I talk to him on the phone (no message, actually talk to him). (301) 990-8783

About the only people I've had no problems with email-wise so far are Nick Chrimes at SHO Nut, and Torrie McPhail at Ford Parts Network.

Sorry you had a bad experience.

I know Joe is a very busy person. It's very tough to get him on the phone, I know. But when you do, he is the nicest most accomodating person I can think of. I have purchased many things from him, and have talked to him quite a bit in the past 5-6 years. I have no doubts that he would do everything he can to get things done right. I have bought many items from him, will do so in the future and would recommend him highly.

Go Joe. The only problem is that he doesn't mind chatting with you when you get through, so his line is always busy!! I have and will continue to use Joe for all my sho purchases that I can...
