Shoman94~ I was just trying to make a piont that just because the tach didn't move doesn't the cps is for sure the problem just a place to start.

Here is my first response~ You've just narrowed it down to your CPS. Double check the connector to make sure its not faulty or corroded. But you will still need to change it to totally fix the problem.

The Broken wire was just a rebutle to the previous statment.

Well i decided to get the parts
these are the parts that i am ordering:
crank shaft sensor and with this would i need a pick up assembly the guy mentioned it on the phone.
also a crank shaft seal because i am leaking oil from it , a timing belt , and lower control arm because mine is messed up..

you do not need a pickup assembly with a crankshaft sensor. The CPS is its own pickup.

Might want to consider water pump replacement if it hasn't been done in a while. You're already in there. No point in going back in later.
