Did a mock up on the quad exhaust as well as the Mustang engine dress up kit ive had forever. Had to do some shaving but it looks good.

Have to paint the coolant cap since they discontinued black for some reason.

Yes! that is exactly what I did a few months ago. Used those same tips from Ebay too. I had to cut about 2" off the pipe before the muffler on each side to get the stick out I was happy with.

My first choice was the Corsa black pvd tips. They were only for the mustang using the Corsa catback. I called some mustang place and they told me they were 3" inlet. I have the Stainless works cat back and it's 2-1/2'. I went inside also because the previous tip you had would have broke through the outside of the bumper. Needed something that split to the inside. Ebay it was. 2-1/2" in and dual staggered 4" out. I found a cereal bowl in the house that had a matching radius to the factory cutout. I cut 4 slits each at 90 degrees with a die grinder into the tip that connects to the muffler. They were "weld" on tips. Then I used the clamp from the Stainless works tips. After I cut the bumper cover, I tried to use a heat gun to "flatten" the plastic around the factory cutout. Was unsuccessful. Moved on. The inner pipes stuck out more than I wanted. After the install I added some sinch nuts to the bumper frame and put on aluminum gusset brackets with dense foam in between to push the middle of the bumper cover out. It helped with the body line to exhaust exit. The 1st pic is before the brackets were installed. You can see the inners sticking out to far.

Ok i made a mold a few days ago for the air ram scoop. Tonight I just used what epoxy resin I had lying around to do test run. Here's the results came out pretty good. I need to get a resin that curing times is more then 2 minutes. As you can see some of the parts did not fill out all the way cuz it's started to harden But it's a good start. It has a translucent look.
The material I'll be using is a plastic resin thats hard and feels like plastic.

My son has this camera he bought to take pics of his car. This past weekend at our camper he took my car out and took some. He said "dad...your car looks badass".

I'm using the Stainless Works mufflers that came with the catback system. My factory exhaust is hanging on the wall. I think the pipes are 2-1/4. The quads would not have worked unless you bought 2-1/4 inlet diameter.

A guy at our campgrounds has a modded GTR. Titanium exhaust. I have a pic of my miller light can sitting upright in one of the tips. Can't find the bitch though.

The muffler tips are actually 2" inlet. I have 2" to 2.5" adapters that I am planning to use until I decide to step up to a 2.5" muffler, was just curious how you cut them to turn them into a clamp style.

The back fits over the large side but the taper is just way too narrow on the Outerwears. It only made it about half way up before it was stretched to the max. Oh well.

Zpak, can you share what part number you used. I've got the same Gen 2 as you and was just looking at Outerwears pre filters. I know Mike said the Gen 2 filter was different than Gen 1.

Finally got the chin spoiler on the front bumper today what a f---ing pain in the ass. You need at least two to three people to help you put this crap on. Directions don't tell you crap so I did it my way. It will take 3 to 4 days for the adhesive glue to cure.
The Ceramic stuff came in today for the exhaust manifold and downpipes/turbos. I Ceramic the inside and outside of the downpipe tubes that should prevent the heat from escaping. I was going to go with black but I figured my whole system is polished so I went with silver. With the decision help from 802SHO
First sprayed it black then sprayed it silver.
I got one can of silver one can of black and two cans of internal silver. Internal silver is for inside the pipes only.
