I always thought having two screw holes to use was a better bet...if you botch the first attempt there is always a backup.. even if having two screws is more expensive....Just sayin..

For my own personal vehicle I agree and would rather have 2 screw holes that are both used. I was simply pointing out that from a manufacturing perspective, it makes a lot more sense to use a pin and 1 screw. Not only does it save on hardware cost, it saves on install time, cost, and ease.

An update on my vibration issue, I went to my appointment at a different Ford dealer today at 8am, got up at 6:30 on my day off to drive 40 mins to this dealer. They didn't even look at the car, said it was "probably tires or after market rotors" I said the issue has been there before I put both new tires and new brakes on the car. "Well I recommend you take it back to firestone to rebalance the tires blablabla...
I was so mad I got in my car to leave, and the car didn't start! Somehow the battery is now dead! Never had an issue before! What the **** is going on!!??? Now I'm frantically searching for a new battery because if I turn the car off, it won't start back up...

Dude, you have some terrible dealers around you. I have one really bad one around me. My experience with dealers is that the bigger it is the less they care. The one I bought mine from and take it too is small and they know me by name. Plus, they have free beer

Ive had so many issues it's seriously giving me serious anxiety and stress, chest pains the whole lot. I don't know what to do anymore, I love the car, and I don't want to give it up (nor can I afford to). But it's extremely frustrating!

Make a note of times and dates if possible and go to the dealership's manager or owner if possible. They know very well how hard it is to repair a bad rep. Tell them you're going to file a complaint with the BBB. If that doesn't work, go to Ford corporate... If you continuously have the same issue, look up the lemon law in your state. You may be able to give the car up and owe $0.Wish I had that option haha!

I'm already in touch with someone from Ford corporate, I've left her a nice voicemail today
I will research the lemon law, but I doubt it will apply to a pre owned car
On the brighter side, at least she got a new battery today! 107.99 installed.

Did my data log at 69 degrees nice and cool outside. Got my 1st revision of 93 octane and installed it. Runs a lot better now.

so you guys know I'm having this vibration issue, Sunday I washed my car. Didn't drive it until today when I went to work. So I'm getting up on the freeway, 65...70....75... no vibration what so ever! All I did was wash the car, and put the tune back in... I have no clue what's going on with this car... 
How can the vibration be that bad one day, and gone line nothing ever happened? I'm sure it'll be back tomorrow haha

This was actually finished yesterday. I swapped to new plugs to ensure they were properly gapped a few weeks ago. After sitting in the body shop for two weeks, i got he car back Friday. I swapped the thermostat, MAP sensor, and installed a 93 octane Livernois tune.
FYI jacking up the drivers side to minimize spillage did NOT work like I though it would. I let the car cool for about 3 hours and it wasn't bad at all other than the mess in the driveway. MAP sensor swap is the easiest thing I think I have done to any car, ever. Plugs weren't too bad. Watch the youtube video and use a universal joint on the socket side of your wrench. The tune install was as easy as it looks. A couple of interesting things happened during the install of the tune. The climate control fan kicked on high. I had left the temp at HIGH while filling coolant so it got a little uncomfortable during the programming. I should have left the windows down while programming. Windshield wipers activated a few times and the blind spot indicators were on. It was just unexpected. Once complete, the Check Engine Light stayed lit until I turned the car off and back on. That was a few seconds of terror.
Car is definitely pulling harder for much longer. The hard driving shift is a little rough but expected. I need to do a decent drive so it can re-learn. Overall the easiest set of mods I have done to a car to get the kind of power improvements I have seen.
Plugs - $42 from O[Reilly
MAP Sensor - $50 from Rock Auto ($100 from dealer if you are in a rush)
T-Stat - $75 depending on which option you go with
Tuner - $175+$300 used or $600 new
Antifreeze - $15 on sale at O'Reilly's
Total - $650-$785
Install - Maybe 3 hours total spread over a couple of days
It's silly not to do it immediately.
