New injector in, painting intake manifold, oil change, new gaskets and new coolant. Waiting for paint to dry overnight then should be back together. Checked my carbon build up and while it is there it isn't horrendous so just not gonna deal with it right now. Figure if I ever go big turbos I'll also go methanol and that will clean that issue up.

So I'm not embarrassed to acknowledge I'm not that mechanical and "all-knowing," about our cars - so what's with your CAI? Most of them including mine just have 1 pipe coming out going into the engine - why does yours have 2 and where are they leading?

Yup what they said. Original intake to go to each turbo other than ones that have been dead for half a decade

OEM pipe splits in two after the air box, feeding each turbo, this aftermarket one has one for each.

That sucks (about the replacement head unit/tablet).

What were the obstructions you encountered that prevented install?

How was the company that sold it to you, able to pull it off, and in turn, claiming fitment etc.?

I visited their site, looks like all sales final and they won't accept a return or process a refund. Is the correct?

I'm disappointed to read this, as I was contemplating purchasing one for my own SHO.

Details when you're able to provide them to the community.

bpd1151: well there it was a few things I'm thinking it's for a 2013 and up not for a 2012.
1) apparently you have to take a part you're bezel some pieces on the side for the air vents and reattach it to theirs
2) the clip holes for the two corner pieces for the side of the center console are the wrong direction (see picture)
3) None of the plugs plugged into any of my plugs

My bezel is on the left Tesla bezel on right on bottom of bezel my Clips go up and down Tesla's go side to side

Still can't see pics via Tap-A-Talk ever since the last update at the end of October.

I'll have to check via laptop when I get off from work.

Sounds like a bunch of hoops.

Will that company take it back from 'ya?

I thought they had advertised it as a 2012-2019 (which made no sense to me).

Anyhow, again, unfortunate as it looked to be a really nice upgrade over the OEM.

Today I smacked my head real ******* my passenger door frame. The ensuing hissy fit ended with me slamming my fist and putting a nice dent in the roof. Can't wait to see how much this little tantrum is going to cost me. So dumb...

Today was the first oil change after crossing the magic 36k mile mark. I did the PTU on the last oil change so I'm good there.

I had a few goodies show up in the past few days too. A few more are on the way as well, most importantly the livewire, and shortly after that a GH AO tune. I was gonna swap the downpipes while I was doing the oil today, but I didn't realize you had to get at the back one through the wheel well. I use a set of ramps for oil changes, which made reaching the rear downpipe impossible.

One question, for those of you that did the downpipes yourselves, did you guys replace all the nuts on the turbo studs and did you end up having to replace any of the studs?
