This has happened a few times butat random times. 2010 sho has almost 200,000. I can be running down the road and all of a sudden it starts skipping Badly, che k engine light starts flashing. I can pull over, turn it off and start it up right away and it runs smooth. Any guesses on this.

I would guess misfire in two or more cylinders. Definitely get codes, and go from there. Could be a number of causes.
