I want to keep it simple... CAI & tune. I don't want to deal with t-stats, new / regap plugs or swapping map sensors. I want a little more than stock.
I'm hearing Livernois , Unleashed and Brew City. VMP, JDM for tunes?

If you want simple... no datalogging, basic tunes, set and forget.... then your best choice is going to be Livernois.

Everyone else is going to want datalogs and revisions.

What can I expect performance wise? Maybe 50 rwhp / 50 tq ?

I will note ... Livernois does revise tunes on request, no datalogging necessary. If you can, take advantage of time on their dyno if you want to really dial it in/dial it up.

Can I ask why no swapping map sensor? It requires no mechanical knowledge... And around 3 min of time... Take of cover take out two hex head screws twist out put new in... Easier than changing batteries on a kids toy

Infact the cai install is more complex than the three bar by 3 fold...

Agreed. On my 13 there is only one screw. Took longer to drive to the auto parts to get the right size torx wrench which is only a mile away.

The wear and tear is minimal especially if you run. Heavy duty cycle maintenance. The performance gains with just a cai and tune are marginal and almost not worth it it takes the three bar to really get your money's worth

Exactly, maybe the OP doesn't want to need to worry about maintaining the vehicle at a heavy duty interval?

If you go with LMS, they require a 3BAR for the better tunes, this is true.

Other tuners are getting similar power that LMS put down with the 3BAR using the 2Bar.

True or false... when I bring my ride back to the dealer for services I have to return to stock tune. When returning to stock 3 bar comes out and 2 bar goes back with stock tune. I know it's no big deal; just want to plug n' play.

True, you would need to swap sensors to go back to stock.

While others such as Unleashed allow you to datalog, it's far from a requirement. If one wants to set and forget they can without issues. Either way, it's going to give the OP a little extra oomph he wants.

I know if I'm only looking for plug and play with no future plans to go further, price is going to play a big factor. If future upgrades are planned then that would factor in more than price.

Might as well just buy a Flowmaster product or the boostmax... A tune without a map sensor is very limited

You all have it very wrong...

The car has a 2Bar map stock!!

LMS even states that the 3BAR tune is for more better fueling than reading additional boost since they don't use much boost.

Boostmax and other piggy back systems are crap... but hey, if you want to hawk them, by all means go for it!

And I have seen enough datalogs from companies that use SCT to know that you should have at least the first tune you get reviewed... if I hadn't my own car would still be running like complete crap...

I opened the performance can of worms on my Mustang... just wanting a little more than stock. This lead to me to a Roush supercharger plus other mods ( 550rwhp) which is really not practical for a daily driver.
I got the SHO for my dd and yes I want a little more than stock. If I do too much to the SHO my wife will send me to the Henry Ford clinic for speed freaks and car addicts.

Details on this because I haven't heard that? I'm a bit confused on how a manifold pressure sensor with increased range is for better fueling and not for additional boost.
