I like the wheels. I prefer the 5 spokes over most designs.

How much do they weigh?

What did you pay for them?

I probably won't be upgrading my wheels for another 2 years, but I will try to go to 17X8's, even if I have to bang out the fenders.

I like the fat tire look.

Jose,
Not sure about weight, but they are MUCH lighter than you think!

Gonna go with Falkens after consulting with Eric on AOL IM!

They look awesome!

OH you didn't know
As far as tires, how did you end up with Falken when thinking either Bridgestone of Michelin? Just wondering because of the other choices besides Falken such as Yokohama ES100 AVSDb2, BF Goodrich KDWS, or even Continental Extreme Contact. I guess I'm not really a Falken Tire fan.

Well Eric (SHOTIME) and I were talking about them and he loved them on his red 93 and they were about $40 cheaper EACH from the seller that he found online. The tread was just like the michelin pilot sports but for about $80 less each. I figure I will throw a set on there and see how they do. :thumb:

I had a great experiance with my falken Azenis and later my Falken Ziex tires.

Now the azenis comes in different options, he chose one of those. Id be interested to try them.

and the wheels are a great deal at around $400 shipped to your door. Hard to beat. Discontinued too, so you know not the entire world will have your wheels.

Nice buy man! They will make your sho VERY sporty, yeah I would get brakes, and spend some time on the painting of them, those puppies will show your brakes off really well! :thumb: I used VHT caliper paint, all I can say is, spray, let dry, recoat, let dry, take your time on em, that paint is finicky, but is really good, and hard as nails when dried! DO NOT USE ENGINE PAINT! As soon as the brake fluid hits it, the engine paint runs, hard lesson learned.

I already have 96 upgrade done with slotted rotors and painted calipers. They have been hiding behind slicers now for a few months, and now get to be seen! :thumb:
