No offence, but it would serve you right if you lost your money in this deal. It's beyond me how anybody would order anything after reading this thread. :idiot:

lol, I thought the same thing. It's like jumping into a pond full of alligators and saying if I get attacked I'll be very ******!!!

I have read all of the drama here and despite that I still placed an order for the y-pipe from SHObros. Brians got 2 months to send me my item or give me a refund before i explode.

Ya know, I'm wondering if you own a SHO at all. There is a member on TCCA with the same username as yours here on SHOFourum. Both people are in Southern California. TCCA was joined in April 07 and SHOForum in May 07. I think you're the same person as fdogg96 on TCCA. Over there you indicate you have a 95 Taurus GL.

If you are the same person then you've bought the wrong part.
If you're not the same person then, well, you're still an idiot.
Either way, roll up your troll slepping bag and go away.

That's a bit harsh. He might not be reasonable with his request to SHOBros, but there are a lot more unreasonable members on here than him.

But ya, I don't think that y-pipe will fit your car dude.

I beg your pardon? I really don't think that it's your place to tell another member to go away.

He has read the thread so he knows what the issues are. He made the choice to order. If he has to wait, well, at least he knew there would be a wait so there won't be any ******** about it. A buyer must be informed as to what products fit their car. If he ordered a part that won't fit, then it's his problem and nobody else's.

Let's keep this topic on topic please.

once again this topic is alive and well with no response from GoofSHO. Bizzy is there anything you can do to push communication between him and his current waiting customers, like maybe if you have his phone number call him and see what is up because other than private messages i have no idea how to get ahold of this guy.

thanks

That is me. How did i buy the wrong part? I am buying a y-pipe with cats for the Vulcan. That's what i need.

There is an 94-95 Vulcan y-pipe option.

Thanks Matt for backing me on this.

I'm going to pile on here. I placed an order a month ago. I didn't receive an order confirmation or anything. After a month of trying to contact Brian, I got a one line "I got it" to my request for information on my order. Since then I've received no reply to any of the 10 requests I've sent. I paid though PayPal and 42 days after faithfully sending my money, I reported him and filed a dispute. I don't honestly believe Brian will ship anything. If he can't run the business and ship the items then he should not take payment. Last time I checked, taking payment, but not providing the goods is called stealing and the person who does it is a theif. Thanks to everyone for posting what is going on and giving me the heads up to file before 45 days. I waited as long as I could then filed to get my payment back and I would suggest everyone wait until Brian gets his act together before buying anything from him. The SHO community is such a good group of people and it is a shame to see someone do this.

I'm out Brian. I would like my money back for my A pillar pod that I paid for mid June.

I plan to buy again, but when things are more stable.

Still no tower braces.

Since you said you had them at your place I cannot believe you have not shipped them to me.

WTF is going on? There can be no acceptable explanation for this horsecrap.

I can understand difficulties but this is way beyond that.

I would be completely embarrassed to be in your position.

It is truly time to shit or get off the ***. I've been way beyond patient and have run out of that commodity.

I expect a drop dead date to be supplied to me within 1 week.

I will be pursuing means of retirbution after that. All the nice nice talk in the world is not worth waiting this long. No excuse you can possibly come up with is valid.

And all your friends at this place can come to your aid in defense and I'll tell them to pound sand as well. Patience is a virtue I'm out of. Hard to come by SHO supplier or not, I will spearhead a movement for excommunication.

Don't know how to get a hold of you Brian. I think this works. I filed the dispute through PayPal and you have until 11/11 to resolve. If my parts are not on my doorstep by 11/11, I'll escalate the dispute and get my money back.

Brian,

If u are unable to conduct a business or communicate to us, I think you should temporarily shut down the SHoBros website to prevent any purchases until you have recovered or reorganized yourself. Apparently u have fallen behind and your customers have to suffer.

If u had suspened ur busines operations in the first place, u and everyone else wouldn't be in the position that we are in. U would be recovering with less stress. And we would do less ********.

Yep, that would be the ideal situation, I'm honestly not sure why that didn't happen for at least a short while.

Good advice.

Yes, this is what has irked me as well. Why the website was not just disabled so no more orders could be placed.

Second is that we had the required orders placed for the A pillar pods but nothing has been done since June. Brian says talk to Matt about it, and Matt says he hasn't talked to Brian for a while now.

I have been very patient, but I'm content for now with my Trans temp zip tied to the pillar. I would just like to know when these will be ordered, produced, and shipped SOON.

Brian is well aware about how his customers feel and he continues to accept orders and continues to hold these 'mystery' orders at his house. It's pratically a scam. But like u, i have great amount of patience.

Shutting down the website is just plain common sense.

fdogg, what exactly are you trying to communicate to everyone? You think Brian should have shut down the business so you didn't get tricked into ordering? Nobody held your hand and said, place the order it'll be all right.

markus, I've seen you over at TCCA as well. You are definitely a *****, I thought that from TCCA and its even more evident after reading your stuff here.

Good luck getting your stuff guys.. I am watching this thread to see if there is a positive outcome. I almost ordered like 3k worth of stuff just before this went down... whew that was close..
