So it’s been 3 months since my order and still no product at my door they have yet to email me back in the past 2 weeks. It seems to me that the new shobros is turn into the late shoshop with there orders. Has any one other than me having any problems. The last I heard was that the parts were with them and he was going to send them out 2 weeks ago am no brain surgeon but how long does it take a package to get from Arizona to CA?

You might want to search for a thread title "SHOBros Garage Update" and get up to date on what's going on with the business. Also, Brian AKA GoofSHO is a member of the forum, and you could probably get ahold of him via PM on here.

I ordered a re-enforced motor mount from SHObros a while ago, and was quickly informed by Brian that he was out, and it would be an undetermined amount of time before he could get it. He offered me a refund, or asked if I wanted to keep the order out for when they became available again. I PMed back with my decision and was happy to be informed so quickly on the subject. Just a couple of weeks ago, I received another PM asking about a solution. I guess Brian was double-checking everything and had forgot the situation had already been resolved. Anyways, I wasn't bothered by the 2nd message at all. I'm glad we have a vendor that really makes sure business gets taken care of, even if it's the same buisness a second time. lol

Don't count on it. I have had bad experiences both times I bought from SHOBrosgarage. Recent was purchase on 8/13/07 for Eibach springs and camber kit. Still don't have the parts. Emailed and voicemail messages all this week without one response. Now I see a notice on their home page about a full time job and only processing orders on weekends. Well, Brian had no problem processing my PayPal payment on 8/13/07!

Everyone remember how the ShoShop started going down hill (and SHOBrosGarage, from what I heard, purchased ShoShop, whatever that means). First there were delays in shipping orders, then long waits after payments, then no parts, no refunds, etc. All that time, Vadim was pursueing other interests (BMW, MBZ). Are we seeing history repeating itself?

If you are going to run a business, run it right.

I will shortly start my own thread regarding SHOBrosGarage.

sorry to hear about your troubles. I on the other hand have had GREAT service from shobros. I have purchased quite a few items from them this year and had no problems.

Probably depends on what parts you are ordering also.

Oh well, I hope it all works out.

Holy shit! I thought I was the only one! Thank God I didn't have to start this thread.

PLUGS!....AND WIRES!

And it's been over to weeks. I'm getting really ******. I emailed but got nothing back. I know the disclaimer says it COULD take up to weeks and not to take apart the car, but I can't help it when a wire dismantles itself in front of me,

Come on this should be an easy order. Feedback man.

You guy's have not read shit in to whats going on with Brian as of now.... I dont care if you say you know whats going on or not. If you knew what was going with SHObro's garage and ordered plugs and wires anyways not but two weeks ago then thats beyond me, there are MANY MANY other carriers of SHO plug wires.

For the other two, I'm sorry to hear that. I however have got great service from Brian and SHObro's. However Brian is obviously going through a rough time right now, SHObro's is NOT his only job. He's not trying to screw you over and you will get your stuff or a refund.

Sam:

I happen to be a very patient and tolerant person. However, I went through the same thing with Brian almost one year ago. I ordered suspension parts and it took almost one month to get my parts. Found out that he was ill and couldn't take the box to UPS. Now, that illness lasted over two weeks. As far as I can tell, he has a family and friends, so he could have got someone to take it to UPS if he was too ill to do that. I will give credit that Brian refunded some of my money to try to make good for the delay. Now, one year later, I am hearing the same excuses, except this time they are not from Brian, but from others. You run a business, people depend on you to deliver what you advertise. When I ordered my parts, their website said nothing about delays. Then suddenly it was posted that Brian is now working another job with o/t and, guess what, his customers are the ones that suffer. I for one am finished with SHOBros Garage. My customer is not getting his Gen 3 lowered or a front camber kit because Brian could not deliver Eibach springs and camber kit in 11 days. Just guess how many other distributors there are for these parts. If Brian was so responsible, why didn't he return any of my emails or phone calls that started last Monday? If he had told me he could not deliver, I would have been able to find these parts somewhere else. Now it is too late and I have a disappointed customer.

This is exactly how the ShoShop started going downhill, in guess some of you don't remember. All that is missing is Tom.

Nuff said.

You don't care if I know what's going on? WTF is that? OK listen here, *****. I don't give a **** what's going on with Brian's life, SHOBro's garage....or just plain...what's going. Sorry. And if I knew there WAS something going on...like some sort of public announcement on the SITE and not have to hang around SHOforum, then yeah I'da gone somewhere else to satisfy ******** like you that think I don't deserve to be treated the same as people with bigger orders.

Ya, Sam, I'm joking. I've got nothing better to do with my time then make up stories about SHOBros Garage.

I'll tell you what. Instead of wasting your time supporting SHOBros Garage on this thread (because you are not going to change how we feel), why don't you contact Brian and tell him to call or email us with updates on our orders. You seem to have the inside track on him. Because I left a message for him yesterday saying that, if I did not hear from him soon, I would start putting threads on every SHO and Contour forum I can find, as well as my Ford parts suppliers and my customers, describing my experiences and dissatisfaction. From the looks of things, I am not the only one and these threads seem to bring people out of the woodwork that have had similar experiences.

Maybe he will listen to you.

I was going to suggest the same thing too.

Consider yourself lucky, stoessjc, because you at least have a number. But I guess it's of not much use, ehh?

I most certainly jumped the gun on my first post, So for that I appologize. However when you stated that other members of the forum are explaining brians actions for you I dont agree there. There are at LEAST two threads on this forum where Brian has logged on and told everyone of his current situations. Am I defending his buisness actions? Absolutely not, It sucks what is happening and I dont think its right at all. I am more defending the man. Brian would never in a million years look to screw anyone over intentionaly. The man has a full time job working 12-14 hour days and SHObro's has been a side venture, He's having pretty bad troubles in his personal life as well wich is a big part of the equation, And with Matt W. gone, he's stuck running the whole operation by himself while trying to juggle anything else.

So with that said, I dont agree with any wrong doings he has done or his slow responses to get your situation worked out. However Brian will take care of you any way he can to sort this out. Unfortunently you may just have to bare with the guy for the time being and wait...Or just simply bug the ever living crap out of him in anyway possible.

Sorry for my post's, I'm pretty irrated and jumpy myself (Millitary will do that). Take it easy and I hope everything works out.

We really don't need all this editorial rubbish in these vendor feedback threads.

They are intended for members to leave positive or negative feedback about their experiences, to help other members make informed decisions about what vendors they may or may not want to do business with, and to try to help resolve any outstanding problems.

Piling on or getting into arguments accomplishes nothing. If this continues in this or any other thread this section as a whole could be eliminated and then everyone will be on their own.

OMG! i didnt want this thred 2 turn into this..... but there's just a lack in communication with brian and the customer. if he would just email us the status of our orders there would be less worry for the customers. how hard is it to say. this thred was not to make shobros look bad.

Consider me among the "****** off".

I have been waiting for over 8 weeks now for my tower braces. Only once have I even gotten feedback from them. And that was when I posted incorrectly in the Group Buy section for ATX y pipes.

I am more than a little ticked off right now. Over $400 in their (his??) pockets and nothing to show for it.

I count myself among those who are grateful they exist to serve us, but it's the "serving" that is missing from this effort. All the problems in the world do not mean a thing to me. I paid money and I want my tower braces.

This leaves as bad a taste in my mouth as my SHO Shop experience when I tried to get an 11.6" upgrade out of them. They sent me incorrect rear rotors, rear brackets, 10.9" stock rotors, basically everything but the 11.6 upgrade I had ordered. Then expected me to pay to send it all back? I took all the extras to my local Ford dealer and got some rear rotors for my daughter's Contour instead.

But right now I have SFA to show for my SHOBros saga. Other than a nagging wife who thinks I should be taking legal action to get my money back.

I just want my stinking tower braces. What could be simpler?
