Sam:
I happen to be a very patient and tolerant person. However, I went through the same thing with Brian almost one year ago. I ordered suspension parts and it took almost one month to get my parts. Found out that he was ill and couldn't take the box to UPS. Now, that illness lasted over two weeks. As far as I can tell, he has a family and friends, so he could have got someone to take it to UPS if he was too ill to do that. I will give credit that Brian refunded some of my money to try to make good for the delay. Now, one year later, I am hearing the same excuses, except this time they are not from Brian, but from others. You run a business, people depend on you to deliver what you advertise. When I ordered my parts, their website said nothing about delays. Then suddenly it was posted that Brian is now working another job with o/t and, guess what, his customers are the ones that suffer. I for one am finished with SHOBros Garage. My customer is not getting his Gen 3 lowered or a front camber kit because Brian could not deliver Eibach springs and camber kit in 11 days. Just guess how many other distributors there are for these parts. If Brian was so responsible, why didn't he return any of my emails or phone calls that started last Monday? If he had told me he could not deliver, I would have been able to find these parts somewhere else. Now it is too late and I have a disappointed customer.
This is exactly how the ShoShop started going downhill, in guess some of you don't remember. All that is missing is Tom.
Nuff said.
