I already posted this in the other thread, but I wanted others to see this too.
I'm a little disheartened. Allow me to explain.
I ordered ported and polished intake runners almost 2 months ago, and have been very patient with the wait time. I was one of the ones screwed over by Chris Davey, so after waiting for 1 year just for a refund, waiting 2 months for p&p runners is a cakewalk.
I sent Brian a PM about 2 weeks ago asking if he knew what was going on with the order. He replied promptly, saying (and I quote), "Working on an answer for you."
I then stumbled on a thread where DeDragonKnight mentioned he's the one who does porting for SHOBros. I sent him a PM, just to ask if he had heard anything about my order and if he knew what was going on.
Much to my dismay, Ken (DeDragonKnight) informed me that he hadn't heard a single word about my order. 2 months have gone by and he didn't even know my order existed. So what happened to "Working on an answer for you"? I understand Brian's busy, but is it that hard to spend 10 seconds sending Ken an e-mail, even just to say, "Hey, heads up, I've got some more runners I need you to do. I'll send you the details later." That took less than 30 seconds to type.
I've stood up for Brian and I appreciate all that he's done. I also understand he has a lot of weight on his shoulders, and again, I'm not here to whine and complain about wait time because that doesn't matter. I'm willing to be patient.
I'm just disappointed that he told me he was working on an answer when he hadn't even mentioned my order to Ken.
If he has a logical explanation for it, I'm willing to listen. I'm willing to be understanding. But telling me one thing and doing another... well, it kinda hurts.
