how are the rest of you guys not ******? he serisously had the balls to come on here and tell us he used our money to pay for his house. that is the worst business practice i have ever heard of.
i dont want my parts from you at all anymore. i have lost all confidence in you and dont want parts that are paid for by another member who is getting screwed out of their order until you can con more people to pay for their parts. this is a never ending cycle. go sell your tv and pay me my money. im not even joking this is so embarassing for you and your company. just give me my money back. im done playing around with you.

it doesnt matter, so what he is saying is that he originally stole our money and lied to us for an untold amount of time. he told me the reason i wasnt recieving my parts was because he recently let an employee go who took care of the majority of the ordering etc. then his story changed to the parts got shipped to his house instead of mine. then he told me that he had an accident and was hurt. then he had to break down and take out a second morgage on his house to finance the parts that we all bought from him. so for five months now he has been using my money to pay for his PERSONAL LIFE. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. IT IS CALLED THEFT. He stole our money and he straight up told us that. so yes i for one am ******. and i dont care if my parts arrive tomorrow i will be sending them back and getting a refund. i will never do business with this company again. period.

yes i do, but at some point along that time frame he should have shipped the parts i paid for instead of lying to me about my parts being at his house, or maybe he should have told me that he couldnt ship my money because he was using it to pay for his house. he did none of this until now. i dont care about an investigation, he said he had the parts so they should have been shipped in july. when in reality that was a lie because he hadnt even ordered my parts because he used our money to pay for other stuff. the rest of the info as far as i am concerned is just filler. if you dont know what that is, it is the BS you put in a paper to take up space between the opening paragraph and the ending.

I never said what I did was right. There was ALOT going on at the same time and I felt I had no choise. It's something that will never happen again. I never lied.....everything I said that was happening, was. If you want to be nit-picky.....you can say I lied by ommision. I never felt good about it, and that's why I've admitted what went on. I understand I have to now re-earn trust. And that's what I intend to do. I did'nt feel I could do that with a clear concence(sp?) without coming clean. That's a big part of why there was a lack of communication......I did'nt want to be lying over and over.
All I can do at this point is Apologize from the bottom of my heart, and Promise it will never happen again.

That goes back to my original question. Why accept orders when it will not be processed on time? Process the ones that were already made and refuse orders if it cannot be met in a timely fashion.
Communications between a company and it's customers is important to maintain customer's relations, confidense and loyalty.
Best of luck to you as you rebuild you business. When you do, it'll be stronger.
no i didnt get half my order... i got aluminum sub frame bushings that cost $110, i paid you a total of $570ish for bushings plus strut tower braces, plus subframe connectors, plus an h-brace. but im only waiting on a refund of $450. im not waiting on braces, im waiting on a refund. lets get that figured out now.

450.00 ????? I just refunded $400.00 of a 399.00 purchase ( minus paypal fees ). I'm sorry you don't wish to accept my apology, and admitence to wrong doing ( and working on fixing said issues )...I'm HUMAN....I make mistakes. I'm working diligently to make up for my mistakes.

ok and you never had to pay to ship the suspension kit anywhere so why should you not refund my shipping costs. you owe me at least $450, and thats if the shipping of the alsfb was $17 which i highly doubt. yes you owe me the $399 for the kit, plus at least $50 for shipping. or i can make it simple and i can ship the alsfb back to you and can refund me the full amount. if thats what you prefer i will 2nd day them to you tomorrow
