Look at the comments from Just SHOForum members....IF I would have completely shut the site down.....OMG!!!! You and EVERYONE else would be thinking I was running off with your $$!!
Here's the Total scoop : Now that I am able to talk about it.
#1. I did use some Cust. $$ to save my house. I recently took out a 2nd on my home to replace the $$ I used. ( I was experiencing Many personal problems as well...possible divorce, etc.. )
#2. My Paypal was hacked into 4 different times, totalling approx. $5k. My acct. was frozen for an investigation from Patpal. I could not say anything until they concluded their investigation. They traced it to a vendor I use....and MOST of the $$ have been replaced. I'm still fighting for alot of it.
#3 Due to these factors, my back injury, and getting a day job....I'm not as up to speed as I/you would like. I have NOT run....I have NOT hidden...I AM still here for this Community. I AM doing EVERYTHING I can to fulfill ALL orders. I don't like how long it's been taking any more than you do. Just KNOW THIS!!! I AM NOT OUT TO STEAL YOUR $$$ !!!! Look back at spauls last post....It took me longer than it should have....but....He GOT HIS PART!

yes i do, but at some point along that time frame he should have shipped the parts i paid for instead of lying to me about my parts being at his house, or maybe he should have told me that he couldnt ship my money because he was using it to pay for his house. he did none of this until now. i dont care about an investigation, he said he had the parts so they should have been shipped in july. when in reality that was a lie because he hadnt even ordered my parts because he used our money to pay for other stuff. the rest of the info as far as i am concerned is just filler. if you dont know what that is, it is the BS you put in a paper to take up space between the opening paragraph and the ending.
the whole story can be said like this. he took my money in june. used it to pay for his and just now took out a second morgage to pay me back in november. that is against the law... bottom line. and completely morally wrong. i am not missing anything here.
I never said what I did was right. There was ALOT going on at the same time and I felt I had no choise. It's something that will never happen again. I never lied.....everything I said that was happening, was. If you want to be nit-picky.....you can say I lied by ommision. I never felt good about it, and that's why I've admitted what went on. I understand I have to now re-earn trust. And that's what I intend to do. I did'nt feel I could do that with a clear concence(sp?) without coming clean. That's a big part of why there was a lack of communication......I did'nt want to be lying over and over.
All I can do at this point is Apologize from the bottom of my heart, and Promise it will never happen again.

That goes back to my original question. Why accept orders when it will not be processed on time? Process the ones that were already made and refuse orders if it cannot be met in a timely fashion.
Communications between a company and it's customers is important to maintain customer's relations, confidense and loyalty.

if you want to know how i came to $450 as the amount i want refunded please see post number 110 on page 4 of this thread it breaks it down.
ok and you never had to pay to ship the suspension kit anywhere so why should you not refund my shipping costs. you owe me at least $450, and thats if the shipping of the alsfb was $17 which i highly doubt. yes you owe me the $399 for the kit, plus at least $50 for shipping. or i can make it simple and i can ship the alsfb back to you and can refund me the full amount. if thats what you prefer i will 2nd day them to you tomorrow
