I was lucky enough to pickup another 3.2 liter but with out the top intake runners, as I was looking at it ,it hit me that this motor would nice with 6 individual carbs. I looked it up ,but saw nothing. Is it even possible to do this?

Sure. It's been done more than once, but I don't have first hand knowledge of anyone's setup. Ernie Groce used carbs I think on his SHO powered salt flats racer and I remember a really old pic of a carb'd car on the old (now defunct) shotimes.com website a long time ago.

It can be done, and you will be able to make similar power, but be aware of a ton of issues and problems.
Fuel injection is much less problem prone and easier to master.
People have used individual Weber carbs in the past, you can Google that for some pictures of the carb linkages.
