SHO stranded me

Well i brought it out of the garage for the day since it was in the 80's drive about 3 miles and my tranny starts grinding, and stops. I think its a knuckle that connects the drive shafts, becuse they have always grinded. So i started it up and somehow limped into a near by parking lot. Im now about to go and tow it home, but i hope nothing else screws up while towing it! any ideas of what it could be?

Well i looked under it, and there is a hole in the corner of my transmission, and there was othe peices lying on the ground. Im thinking i Blew the tranny i have pics and will try to post them so you can see. Now i have to decide if i should part the car out or sell it, or fix it.

well it all boils down to can u part with the car and is spending possibly 2 grand on the high side for a trans and install to much for u...personally i couldn't part with mine unless it got totalled

you prob blew your diff pin. If i was you i would go to the junk yard pull a trans out of there and put new fluid and clutch on it and dont hot rod it as much or you can buy a qalfie
