Yeah, if your concerned about sound, I dont recommend going catless. It took some getting used to on mine. At first I almost winced when I would get on it. With the exhaust and the big glasspack its okay (but not good) now. I did notice alot more top end with the catless/dynomax combo over my original magnaflow/stock catback set up.

My car sounded like sheeet with a catless equal length Y and a borla catback. Added a hi-flow cat in front of the massive borla resonator, and it sounds great. No rasp. I'll try to get an exhaust clip in the morning.

The sound is simply amazing. It is full of masculine energy. I found it so appealing that I have decided to do the same in my vehicle. I would request him to let me know the cost he incurred. Regarding glass packs I don’t think that they need to be replaced with dynomax. It will be more wastage of money.

I really don’t understand people getting a thrill of wanting to have their cars make so much noise – on the other hand I get upset if I hear any noise from mine and take it to the garage as soon as I hear any sound from it – I suppose it a question of taste a observed by someone in the forum!!
