Knowledgable staff, great products, poor delivery times, higher than average prices. I have spent over $5,000 at SHO Shop this year, and yet it still took me 30 days to receive an "in stock" Quaife differential, which was "shipped out" to me on 3 separate occasions. Vadim's a great guy, and the quality is definitely there, but "deadline" and "commitment" aren't in their vocabulary. I would still buy from SHO Shop, but probably not if Joe Scott at SP Motorsports has the same item in stock.
