Ok so I have began to pull the car apart. The engine and tranny came out through the top. Did not remove subframe. I am picking up new Tranny and Rod Shifter on Sunday. I also have a list of other parts that I am about to buy from SHOBrosGarage... Let me know If you think there is anything else I am missing or will need to compliment another part I am buying.

Service Parts:
3.0 Acc Belts (both)
Cam Seals
6 Spark Plugs
VSS
Cam Position Sensor
Crank Position Sensor
Coolant Temp Sensor
Idle Air Valve
Intake Gaskets
Oil Pressure Sensor
2 O2 Sensors
Fuel Filter
Spark Plug Wire set
Timing Belt
Valve Cover Gasket Set
Thermostat Kit
Reman Water Pump

Fun Stuff:
SHOBros Y pipe w/cats
Dynomax Cat-Back Exhaust
SHONUT Reinforced Motor Mounts
SHOBros Stage II Brake upgrade
Front Strut Bearings
KYB OE style Struts (front/rear)
SHO Intrax Springs (1.5'' drop)

SO that is everything. I am also going to replace the front ball joints.

I have already done the rod bearings. And Clutch in the last 3k miles.

I also plan on cleaning all the rust spots out and doing body work and having the car sprayed the factory Black.

What does everyone think?

Unless your exhaust is bad, I would skip the dynomax cat back. The stock exhaust is not restrictive. I would put the money towards Stage 1 cams and LPM.

Those struts will be destroyed by the time you change your oil. If you want to go with the Intrax, get the Koni struts. Or, if you want to stay with the KYB's, get the Moog Cargo Coils.

The stock exhaust for a rod shifter SHO has a crushed spot by the black shifter box that takes out probably 50% of flow. It's a pretty good restriction that the Dynomax catback gets rid of.

Well im going with the Dynomax for two reasons, increase in performance and the sound. If you know of a better exhaust system or cheeper way to modify the stock one I am open for Ideas. The money has not been spent yet and I dont want to be dissapointed when I get the parts, thats why I posted this first. Also thanks for the help with the struts. Ill probly just spend a little more and ket the Koni struts with the same springs. I am REALLY excited to get the SHO on the road. It is gonna be a whole new car after all the maintance and work is done.

If you're getting the struts and springs, go ahead and get at least the front sway bar endlinks. These are common to go out and the Moogs are a good replacement part that are greasable.
