Hey guys check this out. Yahoo! Photos- SHO plate

Look in the album labeled SHOplate.

I had eight of these things laser cut for me. I was just really sick of looking at the CD player that did nothing. They are made of 10 gauge stainless steel and a brushed finish. I also moved the little light from the ashtray and glued it near the back of the pocket, the third picture shows the blue acklighting but these pictures really do it no justice. I also used some black felt to keep reflections from the inside to a minimum.

You could try linking the image directly to display it on the forum, ya know.

well, i can see them, can anyone else? The first is the backlight shot, it isnt quite as bright as id like but it is not as dim as the photo makes it out to be. Also the flash on the camera does no good for brushed steel.

Can't see anything. Try right-clicking on the pic itself and view the properties. You should find its direct address therein. Otherwise, if that does not work, just take two minutes and create a picturetrail account, upload the pics and repeat the process. Good luck!

Very nice looking, was the stainless steel brushed before the plate was cut or did you have to do it afterward? I was thinking about doing some brushed stainless accents in my SHO.

i think you should arrange a group buy, i know you could sell more then 30 if they were under $30, look at all the cup holders for shos that are selling on ebay, this item is great.

I calc'ed it out, and I would make only a minor profit if i charged 20 bucks a piece, costs included (that means i'll pay for shipping). E-mail me if everyone is still interested and i will try to accomodate you.

shoRunner:
it looks pretty nice. how exactly did you install it?
Well I thought long and hard about magnets, brackets, and other such snazz, but i ended up using some double sided mounting tape. It actually worked really well, and if i get it hot enough i think i would be able to pry it off if i needed to replace the bulb. It is on there pretty secure. If you have better ideas then improvise.
