SHO differences

I drove a friend's 92 today, and after seeing the differences, I wonder why they exist. Apparently, mine has a strangely touchy gas pedal. Tap it and you go! Also, my clutch petal is very easy to push, like a hydraulic clutch (note that my clutch has only 6k on it). I'm just curious what can cause such differences, and how to replicate the throttle one in my next SHO!

Another note on the clutch, mine behaves like it is either on or off, nothing in between (well, some!)

arnt 89' throttle very very easy to press, all the ones i drove were like that......as for the clutch all pressure plates have a different feel

My 89 was exatcly the same as you describe yours. It was a hard car to drive...even experienced 5spd drivers had dificulty driving it.

My 91 and my dads 92 are alot easier to drive. Way more pedal feel.

The sho has a mechanical clutch. No Master or Slave Cylinders, no hydraulics of any kind.
