I would check your MAP sensor and the wiring to it first. You're throwing three different MAP codes and an underboost code which is partially determined by your MAP sensor. If you replace it with the same Motorcraft 3-bar sensor then you should not have to retune the vehicle. If you put the stock sensor on you will have to retune.

So I can just order new one from gearhead? N plug n play

Yep. I would pull the old one and clean it up first/clear the codes before you go parts cannon on it. A few cents of cleaner can sometimes save a lot of hassle.
