I also was hearing a hum. Had one bearing replaced to no avail. Dealer said I need tires (which I do) planning to go with firehawks in Sept. Hoping that's all it is.

Those Firehawks tend to cup real easily, which will make more noise. I would go with a different brand if you want to keep the noise to a minimum.

I just put on a set of Wide Ovals. All the complaints I read were with the GTA's. I may have missed some. I'll let you all know how they do.
