Seats and locks but not windows?

Okay, I got in the car the other day after it had been sitting for a week or two and the power locks and seats wouldn't work. So, I figured it was the fuse no big deal. But the power windows still work and unless I am wrong which I could be they are on the same fuse. I then put a new fuse in to see if that would fix it. Guess what same problem. Does anyone have any ideas on this one?

check in the owners manual to see what is fuse with what...i have been supprised, tricked before!

I find this funny because I'm haveing the EXACT problem. I've been told they share a comon groung down under the E-Brake pedal. I sure as **** can't find it. So if you solve this little snag PLEASE let me know.
